Create device

This document explains how to create a Senscape device on the Senscape Hub.

Go to Devices

First, go to the devices section by clicking on Devices in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

Open the device creation dialog by clicking on Create device.

Introduce basic information

Token selection.

1. In the device creation dialog, click on the Select token field.

   • A drop-down menu with available tokens opens. These tokens can also be found on a sticker on the sensor.

   • Select the token for which you want to create a device.

2. Fill out the Name field and optionally the Tags and Description fields.

3. Click on Next.

Add device location

1. Add device location.

   • You can search by Address or GPS coordinates.

   • After searching, the position can be adjusted by dragging the marker.

2. To create the device, click on the create button.
